Vehicle Owners

What are vehicle wraps anyway?
A wrap is a large vinyl graphic or a decal applied over the original paintwork on your vehicle. They grab your attention and are eye-catching than traditional cut vinyl letters. Color digital printing technology now allows businesses to any image on virtually any vehicle including photos, logos, and text. The image is first designed using computer software, then the image is printed on an adhesive vinyl material and finally the prints are installed onto the vehicles.

Will the wrap damage my paint work?
Absolutely not. A vehicle wrap, when applied and removed correctly, does not damage your car's OEM paint. In fact, it protects it.

How long will the wrap last?
While most wrapping agencies guarantee their work for anywhere from 2-6 years, your vehicle will stay wrapped only for the duration of the campaign.

Are wrapped vehicles difficult to care for?
Not really! Just imagine never having to wax your vehicle again!

Vehicle wraps are made of vinyl and require little care. Once your vehicle is wrapped, you can run it through touch less carwashes or hand wash it.

Do I need to do anything special to prepare my vehicle for a wrap?
No. Most wrapping installers will recommend that the vehicle be washed before being taken for a wrap. The vehicle should be washed preferably at a place that can use brushes or pressure-washing to remove road grime from the low-lying parts under the wheel well, inside the door panels etc. where dirt usually accumulates.

Can the wrap be removed later?
Absolutely! The wrap is actually applied to the vehicle using pressure-sensitive adhesives. Although the wrap will not come off by itself, it can be easily removed and that is what makes it amazing. After you finish one campaign, you can simply have the wrap removed and get ready for the next campaign.

How long will the installation take?
That depends on the type of wrap and the duration will vary from project to project. It is best to get the right idea from the wrapping agencies. You can also request the advertiser to arrange a day and time which causes you the least inconvenience.

Do I change my driving habits?
While you may not have to change your driving habit drastically, you may have to make a few minor changes like, parking you vehicle in a high visibility area. If requested by the advertiser you may have a GPS installed in your vehicles to make it easier for the advertiser to keep track the distance and areas traveled.

Can I contact the advertiser directly?
Only after you have won the bid or the advertiser has accepted your contact request. You are bound by terms and conditions which prohibit you from getting in touch with advertiser directly after seeing the ad request on this website.

Why am I immediately outbid every time I place a bid?
This means that another bidder has placed a bid lower than yours. As soon as your bid is confirmed, the system will inform other member's that theyhave been outbid. Any member can then place a bid lower than yours just enough to make them the current lowest bidder.

Will it affect my insurance in any way?
Outside Australia it is best to inquire with your insurance agent.

We know for sure that the insurance is not affected in anyway within Australia. We have checked with the biggest insurance names here in Australia and here's what they said:

"Thank you for your email.

I can inform you that having advertising on your vehicle will not affect your insurance coverage. If ,however you want to call us to inform us of any changes to your vehicle then please feel free to call one of the numbers below."

Advertiser

How low can the bids go?
That depends on how much the vehicle owners are prepared to accept. You can limit the amount to a reserve price. The system will not accept any bids higher than your reserve price/budget. This price is visible to the bidders, who can see that they need to bid lower than the quoted price.

I am not a big brand name. Can I afford this?
That's the beauty of it. You don't have to be a big brand name to get started here. But you sure can look like one when you have finished a campaign and have what looks like a fleet of vehicles displaying your ad.

How do I co-ordinate with the signage agency?
You can approach the signage agencies listed with cashURwheels or any other agency outside of our list and exchange the visuals to create a wrap via email/fax. The signwriter will respond with an estimate and the turn around time. Once a mutually agreeable time is decided with the signage and the vehicle owner, the vehicle is made available to drape on the wrap.

How do I know the drivers are travelling the promised mileage?
You have can mutually agree for the driver to come in to collect the monthly payment. This will give you a chance to inspect the wrap and the miles traveled before making the payment. You also retain the option of installing GPS to provide the relevant data. There is an express understanding between you and the drivers that this is legally binding contract for breach of which , they could be held liable.

Does cashURwheels monitor any transactions?
No cashURwheels does not monitor any transaction including the one's that take place between you, the vehicle owner and the signage agencies.
